- any costs of tenant changes in accordance with the tenant change procedure, - costs of maintaining the premises, parking space, storage room, bicycle box and participation in the costs of management and maintenance of the common property until the date of transfer of ownership of the premises/share in the joint ownership of the premises to the purchaser, - interest on overdue payments, - a surcharge to the price in the event of any increase in the value-added tax (VAT) rate, - a potential surcharge to the price in the event of an increase in the floor area of the premises, storage unit, or bicycle box following the as-built measurement.
